Manage your subscription plan, purchase additional document credits, and track your usage.
Overview
Rynko uses a unified subscription model centred on Flow (AI output validation). Document generation (Render) is available as an optional add-on:
- Flow subscription — covers validation runs, gates, and approvals
- Render Packs — recurring monthly add-on for document generation (available on all tiers)
- Credit packs — one-time document credit purchases for overflow needs
Flow Subscription Plans

Render Packs (Document Generation)
Document generation is available as a recurring monthly add-on for paid Flow subscribers:

Render Packs are not available on the Free tier. If you need more documents beyond your pack, purchase one-time credit packs (see below).
Document Credits
Credit packs allow you to purchase additional documents beyond your Render Pack quota (or if you don't have a Render Pack). Credits never expire and are used after your Render Pack allowance is exhausted.

How Credits Work
- Your Render Pack allowance is used first
- When the Render Pack allowance is exhausted, purchased credits are consumed
- Credits never expire - use them whenever you need
- Credits always produce clean (non-watermarked) documents
Credit packs are intentionally priced higher per-document than Render Packs. For regular high-volume usage, a Render Pack add-on is more cost-effective.
What Counts as a Document?
- 1 PDF generation = 1 document
- 1 Excel generation = 1 document
- Failed generations don't consume quota/credits
- Preview mode doesn't consume quota/credits
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade or Downgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancel Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrade to Free.
Resume Subscription
If you've cancelled, you can resume your subscription before the period ends:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Resume Subscription
Purchasing Credits
Via Dashboard
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Purchase Credits
- Select a credit pack
- Complete payment via secure checkout

We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- And other regional payment methods
Viewing Your Usage
Navigate to Settings → Billing to see:
- Current Plan: Your subscription tier
- Flow Runs: Runs remaining this month
- Render Pack: Documents remaining this month (if subscribed)
- Credit Balance: Purchased credits remaining
- Usage History: Document generation over time
Invoices
View and download all invoices:
- Invoice number and date
- Amount charged
- Plan or credits purchased
- Download PDF
Access invoices at Settings → Billing → Invoices.
Usage Alerts
Set up alerts to monitor your usage:
- 80% quota warning: When you've used 80% of your Flow runs or Render Pack allowance
- 90% quota warning: When you've used 90% of your allowance
- Quota exhausted: When your allowance is depleted
Configure alerts in Settings → Notifications.
Common Questions
Do credits expire?
No! Purchased document credits never expire. Use them whenever you need.
What happens if I run out of quota?
When your Render Pack allowance is exhausted:
- Purchased credits are used automatically
- If no credits remain, document generation pauses
- You can purchase more credits or wait for the monthly reset
When your Flow run allowance is exhausted (paid tiers):
- Overage pricing applies automatically ($0.005–$0.002/run depending on tier)
What happens to unused monthly quota?
Monthly allowances (Flow runs and Render Pack documents) do not roll over. They reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but are non-refundable for the current period. Credit purchases are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Are documents watermarked?
- Free plan: Documents from free quota are watermarked
- Paid plans: No watermark
- Purchased credits: Always watermark-free (even on Free plan)
