Settings

Configure your account, security, project, and environment preferences.

Settings Levels

Rynko has settings at multiple levels:

  • Account Settings: Personal profile and security (applies to you)
  • Project Settings: Project-wide configuration (applies to all project members)
  • Environment Settings: Environment-specific options (applies within the selected environment)

Account Settings​

Profile​

  • Name: Update your display name
  • Email: Change your email address
  • Avatar: Upload profile picture
  • Timezone: Set your timezone
  • Language: Choose interface language

Password​

  • Change password
  • Requires current password confirmation
  • Must meet security requirements

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)​

  • Enable 2FA for extra security
  • Use authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy)
  • Backup codes provided

Security Settings​

Sessions​

View and manage active sessions:

  • Current device
  • Last active time
  • Location (approximate)
  • Revoke to log out from device

API Keys​

Manage API authentication keys (see API Keys)

Activity Log​

View security-related activities:

  • Login attempts
  • Password changes
  • 2FA changes
  • API key creation/deletion

Project Settings​

Project settings apply to all environments within your project.

General​

  • Project Name: Your organization name
  • Project Slug: URL-friendly identifier

Project Members​

  • Invite and manage project members
  • Assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer)
  • See Project Management for details

Environment Settings​

Environment settings apply to the currently selected environment. You must have an environment selected to access these settings.

General​

  • Environment Name: Your environment name
  • Environment Slug: URL-friendly identifier
  • Description: Optional environment description

Data Retention​

Generated documents are automatically deleted based on your subscription plan:

  • All plans: 3 days retention

Documents are auto-deleted after the retention period. Download documents before expiry if needed.

Webhook Settings​

Configure webhook endpoints for document events:

  • Document generated notifications
  • Batch completed notifications
  • Failure alerts

Choose what notifications you receive:

  • Template shared with you
  • Project member joined
  • Billing updates

In-App Notifications​

  • Real-time alerts in dashboard
  • Toast notifications
  • Notification center

Data & Privacy​

Export Data​

Download all your data in JSON format:

  • Templates
  • Document generation logs
  • Analytics
  • User data

Delete Account​

Permanently delete your account and all data:

  • 30-day grace period
  • Data cannot be recovered
  • Subscriptions cancelled
