Analytics
Deep dive into document generation performance with our comprehensive analytics system.
Overview
Rynko Analytics is organized into two main sections based on the organizational hierarchy:
- Project Analytics: Financial metrics and billing information (project-level)
- Environment Analytics: Operational metrics and performance data (environment-level)
Analytics are split between Project and Environment levels. Project Analytics (Wallet, Attribution) are available to project Owners and Admins. Environment Analytics (Health, Insights) require an environment to be selected.
Learn more about Projects & Environments.
Accessing Analytics
- Click Analytics in the sidebar navigation
- You'll see tabs based on your context:
- Environment tab: Shows operational metrics (requires environment selection)
- Project tab: Shows financial metrics (requires Admin/Owner role)
- Use the time period selector to choose your analysis window
- Switch between tabs to view different analytics layers
Project Analytics
Project Analytics focus on financial and billing metrics that span across all environments. Available to project Owners and Admins.
Wallet Analytics
Subscription Quota
Your subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of documents. The quota resets on your billing cycle date.
The quota card shows:
- Used: Documents generated this billing period
- Remaining: Documents left until reset
- Days Until Reset: Time until your quota resets
Premium Credits
Premium credits are prepaid credits that:
- Never expire
- Used after subscription quota is exhausted
- Can be purchased in credit packs
Usage Projection
Based on your recent activity, we project:
- Daily Rate: Average documents per day
- Days Until Depletion: When you might run out of resources
- Recommendation: Suggestions if you're running low
Billing Breakdown
See how your documents are billed:
- Subscription Quota: Included in your plan
- Credit Pack: From purchased credits
Environment Analytics
Environment Analytics focus on operational and performance metrics for the currently selected environment. All environment members can access these metrics.
Health Analytics
Status Breakdown
Track your document generation outcomes:
- Completed (green): Successfully generated
- Failed (red): Generation failed
- Cancelled (gray): Cancelled before completion
The success rate donut chart gives you an at-a-glance view of your operational health.
Error Breakdown
When documents fail, see which categories are most common:
| Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Template Error | Invalid template configuration |
| Data Validation | Input data didn't match template requirements |
| Render Error | PDF/Excel generation failed |
| Timeout | Processing took too long |
| System Error | Infrastructure issue |
| Quota Exceeded | No credits available |
Each error category shows:
- Count of occurrences
- Percentage of total errors
- Trend indicator (up/down/stable vs previous period)
Processing Time
Understand how fast your documents are generated:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Average | Mean processing time |
| Median | Typical processing time (50th percentile) |
| P95 | Processing time for 95% of documents |
| P99 | Worst-case processing time |
Processing Time Trend
Line chart showing how processing times change over your selected period.
Format Metrics
Compare performance by output format:
- PDF generation times
- Excel generation times
- Average file sizes
- Success rates per format
Insights Analytics
Top Templates
See your most-used templates ranked by:
- Usage Count: Total documents generated
- Success Rate: Percentage completed successfully
- Rank: Position in your template lineup
Cost Attribution
Understand where your credits are being spent:
- Credits used per template
- Estimated USD cost
- Percentage of total usage
This helps you identify:
- High-volume templates that might benefit from optimization
- Templates that consume the most resources
- Opportunities for consolidation
Peak Usage
Optimize your workflow by understanding when documents are generated:
Peak Day: Which day of the week sees the most activity Peak Hour: What time of day is busiest
The distribution charts help you:
- Plan capacity for busy periods
- Schedule bulk generations during off-peak times
- Understand project work patterns
Volume Trend
Track your usage over time with a dual-axis chart showing:
- Documents generated per day
- Credits consumed per day
Flow Analytics
If you use Rynko Flow for AI output validation, dedicated analytics are available for monitoring gate performance, run outcomes, and approval workflows.
Accessing Flow Analytics
- Navigate to Flow > Analytics in the sidebar
- Two tabs are available:
- Environment: Operational metrics for the current environment (requires environment selection)
- Project: Team-level metrics (requires Admin/Owner role)
Environment Analytics
Organized into Health and Insights tabs:
Health tab:
- Status Breakdown: Donut chart showing completed vs failed vs rejected runs with success rate
- Gate Performance: Per-gate success rates ranked by run volume
- Infrastructure Health: Webhook delivery success rate and circuit breaker events
- Validation Errors: Most common validation failures by field and gate
Insights tab:
- Top Gates: Most active gates ranked by run volume
- Approval Metrics: Median and P95 decision times, approved/rejected pie chart, and a warning if approvals are slow (P95 > 24h)
- Throughput: Daily stacked bar chart of completed, failed, and rejected runs
- Combined Timeline: Flow runs alongside Render document generation
Gate Filter
Use the gate dropdown to filter all analytics to a specific gate, or select "All Gates" for the full picture.
Gate Detail Performance Tab
Each gate's detail page includes a Performance tab with gate-scoped analytics:
- Summary stats (total runs, success rate, failed runs, median approval time)
- Run outcome breakdown with donut chart
- Approval timing with median/P95 and decision trend chart
- Daily throughput chart
- Top validation errors
This lets you monitor a specific gate's health without leaving its configuration page.
