Credits let you generate documents beyond your plan limits:
Purchasing Credits
- Go to Document Credits
- Select a credit package
- Complete payment
- Credits added immediately
Using Credits
- Credits are used automatically when plan quota is exceeded
- Check balance in the dashboard widget
- Credits never expire
Usage Tracking
Monitor your consumption:
- Current Period - Usage in billing cycle
- Documents Generated - Count by format
- Remaining - Documents left in plan
Payment Methods
Adding a Card
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card details
- Card is saved for future use
Managing Cards
- Set default payment method
- Remove unused cards
- Update expiring cards
Invoices
Access billing history:
- View all invoices
- Download PDF invoices
- Filter by date range
- Check payment status
Subscription Management
Upgrade
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select new plan
- Confirm and pay
- New limits apply immediately
Downgrade
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower plan
- Change takes effect at next billing cycle
Cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Access continues until period ends
